I have a 6 month old Samoyed named Jojo. He is an extremely friendly dog. He loves everyone. I used to live in a house then moved into an apartment with him for work. Now, I am on the 8th floor of a high-rise apartment. The first 2 weeks were fine. He used to love being greeted by strangers, but now, any time a stranger tries to come near him (which is a lot of the time because he is a beautiful dog), he pees himself. I do not punish him when he does it because I know it would only make it worse. He never pees inside my apartment. Just outside or in the hallways when I run into someone. Any suggestions?
