Flight advice from USA to UK with a cat

I'm traveling to the UK with a cat, and I'm having a hard time figuring out how to arrange for transport.

We're flying British Airways, and their website says to use IAG Cargo.

First question: Does anyone have a good kennel recommendation?IAG's guidelines are very specific but they give no suggestions.

Second question: Do we arrange the cat transport after purchasing tickets, and how?In an email to us, IAG said "We can only do bookings two weeks out from the departure date", but they offered no information on how to actually make a booking.

Edit: Third question: They say, "Water container must be present and affixed within the shipping container with outside access for filling that does not require opening of the shipping container. The water pot must be secured and in proportion to the size of the pet but not take up too much of the floor space." How do we install a secured bowl and funnel to the bowl?
