I need advice on what I should do. I’m renting a basement and the owner loves upstairs. There is some free space down here where they leave the dog overnight. He’s enclosed their all night. Lately, he’s been there during the day too. He has sometimes peed on his own bed and slept on it and spent the rest of the time after scratching himself. The owner doesn’t seem to care much and just gives him a short walk and ties him to the leash in the garage for the rest of the day on the cold floor. Both the husband and the wife work and surprisingly, the wife is a veterinarian. I don’t know what I should do but he seems to be in a terrible situation. What should I do?
