I got a sweet older boy a while ago from the shelter but he shakes he head any time I touch near his ears. I've ruled out mites bc we got done getting rid of them a few months ago. He was in the shelter for 2.5 ish years - is this just a symptom of long term damage from mites? or is there some way I can help him heal and feel good when I pet his head?
