Dog attacked by pit bulls

My in laws have three massive pit bulls. We were living with them (me, partner, dog) due to COVID until Thursday night when this happened. I packed up and went to my dads. A couple months ago these three pit bulls killed the fourth pit bull in the yard (no triggers, just jumped on her). They’ve attacked MY dog before. Maverick is an 11 month old border collie mutt. (I think his dad was full collie and mom was lab Pitt) This was the fifth time and the worst time. They’ve left massive holes in the place where his leg meets is body, his inner leg, the back of his hip, and the side of his hip.

We have a vet visit today. The in laws do not want to do anything about the aggressive dogs, even though they bit my partner and attacked my dog five times. They will not be forthcoming with the vet bill. Last time it was $100 and change for antibiotics, pain meds, a cone, plus the visit. My partner dragged $50 out of them two weeks later. I’m nervous of what the bill will look like today. I have $200 and that’s it. I know he needs stitches. Antibiotics. They gave us pain meds already but they couldn’t see him until today. What can I do? My vet takes care credit and stitch pay but I was not approved for either. They do not offer payment plans. What will my bill even look like? Maverick is my special baby and I can’t bare to lose him but we barely have enough money to pay bills with.

I guess this is less of asking a vet and more of asking if anyone knows what the cost of this might look like so I can figure out what to do. He’s losing his appetite and is very lethargic and I know he’s in a lot of pain. I have to have him seen today. But the girl at the vet told me she can’t give me an estimate til the vet looks at him. What would this normally cost?

To be clear I am NOT ASKING FOR MONEY. I AM NOT ASKING FOR TREATMENT PLANS OR VET ADVICE.

I AM ASKING IF ANYONE KNOWS A ROUGH ESTIMATE OF WHAT SEVERE DAMAGE AFTER A PITBULL ATTACK MIGHT LOOK LIKE.
