Limitations of a dog not current in vaccinations?

Looking at potentially adopting a dog who has severe allergic reactions to vaccinations, but has sufficient antibodies based in titer tests and was written a Vaccination Exemption letter by their vet as a result.

What are the negatives to having a dog that will no longer receive “up-to-date” vaccinations?

If I wanted to travel/fly with the dog, how would it affect this? Would I even be able to?

How would it affect things like dog boarding and doggy day care?

Registering the pup in a specific county? Moving between states? Moving overseas?

What ways am I not thinking of or can’t find online that this would dramatically affect.

Every time I try to Google for answers it just tells me all the things to vaccinate against.

I want to make sure I’m fully prepared for this adoption and understand all it entails.
