My family and I (especially my sister) always wanted a cat and we finally got one. The only experience with cats was with my grandparent's cat but we didn't see him often. We took the cat from a family who had to give him away because the cat would fight with other cars all the time. He just arrived at our house yesterday and he is hiding under my sister's bed. I guess I need advice on how to make the cat feel welcomed to our house. Will the cat always miss his previous family and not get attached to us ?
