Hello. My dog is taking Chloramphenicol antibiotic 1 gm 3 times daily for a blood infection. He vomited about 20 minutes after giving him the pill and there was no sign of the pill in the vomit at all. Should I give him another dose right away or should I wait until his next dose time. Or give him his next dose a few hours early? Any advice is much appreciated thank you.
