Help! cat seizure

My cat is 12 . The pet sitter hadn’t given her hyperthyroid medicine for 6 days. She was fine when we came back but did sneeze . She had lost weight but it wasn’t horrible and we assumed it was because being without medicine. Additionally, she wouldn’t eat or move much. We took her to the vet and they did blood + urine tests and they ruled out kidney failure. They said her blood sugar was higher but probably due to being without her medicine. They gave her liquid and some medicine to make her eat and she has eaten/drank a lot thankfully. The vet said they assumed the problem is pancreatitis or diabetes or just a virus. I just noticed that she looked like she had a seizure (guessing) , she was sleeping and head went limp and wouldnt move much (like a past cat I had with seizures). I researched and the only option that made sense was high blood sugar because this can be a result of hyperthyroidism (which she has). I also read seizures are not always serious. We are planning to call vet early tomorrow to take her again but I need to ask if she’ll be okay tonight ? Are seizures deadly like this ? When she’s eating and drinking and it’s not organ failure ? Can someone help tell me how to help high blood pressure temporarily?
