I have been with my boyfriend for 3 years and moved in with him and his nan they have a small Yorkshire terrier and for the past year he follows me everywhere he doesn’t show any sign of anxiety however through out the day he doesn’t follow me he starts following around 6 o’clock he follows me to toilet, upstairs, bedroom and sometimes I can come to bed with my boyfriend and he sleeps in are bedroom on floor on his own bed and he’s been a sleep and I’ll get up to go down and he follows me and sits/lays beside me waiting for me to go up and also makes a whining noise I thought this was for food/ to go out however I have noticed he does it coz he wants to go back up to bed I’m very confused why he his behaving like this. Also if me and my boyfriend are messing about play fighting he goes for him.
