Lemonade Pet Insurance (Positive Experience)

Hello everyone! To start, I have a healthy 1yr + 1m/ male/ unneutered Siberian Husky. He was brought home at 7 weeks. As he is getting older, I want to do what I can to prevent any chronic illness, and be ready in case he were to get injured or fall sick. I am leaving this review on reddit because there are not many forums that have reviewed Lemonade's pet insurance policy. Lemonade rolled out their pet insurance on 2020, so I was a little skeptical about getting my pup signed up however, I love the convenience of an AI interface to submit claims if need be. Plus, their terms are easy to read and I saw no gimmick, so I thought why not?

Anyway, Nirvana (my pup) was enrolled with Lemonade's pet insurance on 1/9/2021. We pretty much checked the box to have him covered for injury/ illness/ preventative care and wellness/ and extended care (which included reimbursement for vet fees including physical therapy, hydrotherapy, etc.) We live in Arlington, Texas. Our plan: $100 deductible/ 10% coinsurance/ up to $50k in covered costs, for only $55 a month.

I am here to say it is totally worth it! Nirvana went in for his annual wellness check and booster vaccinations the next day. We paid a pretty penny at the office. However, I was able to get a response about my claim reimbursement within 24hours, and my deposit will hit in 2-3 business days.

I am super satisfied with Lemonade!
