For context, whenever I play with my cat with a wand toy or something she can chase and she catches it (well to be exact whenever she pounces on top of her toys or her paw is on it when she think it cant escape) she tends to look directly at me and stare for like 10 to 15 sec, but usually I'll just continue playing with her. The only thing I could think of why she does it is that she probably waiting for some kind of reward. Whe she does that I tend to smile and say "good girl" then as I slowly try to go in and pet her she would lay on her side, while looking at me, and push my hand away. Any helpful answers would be appreciated and thanks in advance
