One of my cats has recently been bringing in mice. We're not exactly sure how, other than they're getting in through the basement because our cats aren't allowed outdoors and the mice are always found in the bathroom directly across from the basement door. I'm worried about my cat possibly getting sick if he were ever able to eat one of the mice, anything specific to look out for? Anything else I should worry about?
