Hello! I have two beautiful two year old long hair maine coon mixes. I moved a few days ago and last night was their first night with me in my new apartment. I wanted the furniture set up before bringing them in to help with the stress of moving. It's the same furniture they've had their whole lives. Neither kitty is super vocal regularly, but last night my male at about 230 am decided he might need to wake the whole complex. Its been a while since I've been in an apartment so I'm a bit worried about how much noise I'm making, but it was absolutely loud enough to wake me up out of a dead sleep. And then he didn't stop. For going on 5 hours. The longest break has been probably 30 minutes. I've moved from my bedroom where a fan was on, which he's used to, to the couch with a light on because it seemed to make him a little happier. He didn't seem to want it to be bed time. His sister has aggression issues so I already have 2 felliaways plugged in, and did for a full day before bringing them in. When I first introduced them I took their carriers to their litter room and opened them up and they just took off throughout the apartment, no slow introduction. I tried putting him in the bathroom, and it just got worse. It also didn't start until the 230 mark. He had no problems early in the day. What can I do to help him freaking chill.
