Should I be feeding my puppy more?

I have a 5 1/2 month old Jack Russell who is significantly above average already, at 9kg

His brother of the same age is 8kg, still above average. They have been growing consistently and following the average line of growth, just significantly above it

The 9kg puppy is getting three meals of 60g plus treats (the majority of which is their regular food inside a toy) , which usually amount to about around 20g, so roughly 200g per day

The 8kg puppy gets 50g meals with the same treats, so about 170g per day.

The 8kg puppy rarely finishes a meal in one go, especially their early morning meal, and generally is less interested in food. The 9kg puppy without fail eats everything in one go, and we had to get them bowls that make them eat slower. He’s eager to eat whatever he can find including bits of toys, which we’ve repeatedly had to pry out of his mouth

Should we be feeding the bigger puppy more? I don’t want to over feed them but there’s such a difference between them considering their similar size
