I am really eager to get a cat (I was planning on adopting an older cat from the rescue shelter) but I want to make sure they will be happy in my home. My apartment is small, 2 beds and 3 people living in and we are on the 3rd storey so they will not be allowed out. Will that be too small for a house cat?
