Hello Reddit, my wife and I really want to get a dog. We just bought a house with a yard with plenty of room for Dog. Our only worry is that for 2-3 days a week the dog would be left alone for 8-10 hours a day. Is this too long? And can you leave a dog alone for that long in the house with out negative consequences?
