Terrified for my cat Tuna. Vomiting and Diarrhea. Please please help. Need advice.

Hello r/Pets. It's currently 1am and I am freaking out. I've had my cat for around 3years after my friend handed him off to me since she did not want to take responsibility of him. At the time, I was only 16 and very inexperienced with pets. I got him vaccinations for rabies and had him neutered... and everything has been going so great with him until the last few days.

I recently moved out of my parent's place into a new apartment and now around 2 weeks in... my cat is suddenly sick. He has been vomiting and having diarrhea for the last 2 days. At first I thought maybe it was possible that he had eaten some bug somewhere... but upon research I became more and more paranoid about the possibility that he got panleukopenia as he never got the vaccine for it. He pukes up his bile, his feces is very runny, he does not eat, he does not drink, he is lethargic. I am so so scared. I know this is my fault--I should've known and done more research and now the bad karma of my ignorance is finally coming back to me. Everything I read online about this is telling me to bring him to the vet, that he might be dehydrated, got worms, infections, etc... but at the same time I am an extremely broke university student that is barely getting by (due to the coronavirus +immunocompromsied I have not been able to work). I feel like breaking down and I have already cried instead of doing anything because I don't know if I'm overreacting and this will pass by or if I need to head to the emergency. I know no one will be really able to tell and the advice will probably be "take him to the vet" but I'm worried about no longer being able to pay for rent because of the expenses. My anxiety is through the roof right now. I don't know if I can sleep it off and wait until tomorrow to see his condition (if it got any better) or if I should immediately rush to the emergency room.

I don't know what to do. I am so lost. I am sorry that I am so ignorant. Please help. Any advice deeply appreciated.
