So about a week ago I adopted a cat from a shelter. Naturally, he has been a bit nervous being in a new place but was doing fairly well and was very affectionate. This is until yesterday, when he had a massive fright. He hasn’t been the same since. He creeps around the house with eyes like saucers, scared of everything. He won’t let anyone touch him and he’s stoped vocalising entirely.
I’m really worried about him. Will he recover from this, and how can I help him?
