About 2 years ago I had to give away my husky because we were moving. Well we’re all settled now and I went to visit her at her new house. It’s a small house with 5 other dogs and at least 30 cats and the owner is a hoarder with barely too to move in that house. The dog is skinner, never gets brushed, and never gets her nails clipped. Is there anything I can do to help the animals over there and get my old dog back?
