so I ordered takeout and my cat put her head through one of the handles of the takeout bag she then freaked out ran across the couch and pass the AC witch caught the bag and tore the handle and then she ran from the AC directly into my room and under my bed and hasn't come out for about 4 hours, what should I do? I saw her once and tried to reassure her and let her but since then she's burrowed Into my box spring
