So my so my stepdad keeps four labs in this pen that I would say is about 10x20 feet that never gets cleaned and only has gravel, two dogs house, and two buckets for water. Half the time they never have food and I'm the only one that actually feeds them. They're also there for breeding but when they do give birth they are usually locked up in a crate with the puppies or put into our laundry room. I've always been uncomfortable with it but recently since one of the dogs kept getting out they put her on a dog leash used for walking and tied her up in it. This was kinda the last straw for me but I don't know if this stuff would be considered animal abuse. Im also scared to report it since I'm still just a teen living with them and I know the blame will be put on me and I dont want anymore dumb shit happening to me. I really need help on what to do and how to go about it because I can't stand seeing them like this anymore.
