We found a newborn bird, a Maya. It’s my first time ever taking care of one, I’m not sure where to go ask for advice on what to do. So if this isn’t the appropriate place to do so, I’m sorry. Please tell me where.
How many times can you actually feed them? I’ve seen across the internet that you should be feeding it every 3 hours, for about 5-6 times a day.
What to feed? Can I feed them dog food that is expanded by or soaked by water?
How do I feed? It seems like I can’t feed her, it’s kind of a problem that I don’t know how to make the bird eat at all.
Some of my friend told me to look for the nest and put it back, however, I can’t seem to find it. I don’t know anything about birds. They told me the bird might not survive with me anyways. However now that I can’t find the nest, I have no choice but to actually take care of it rather than leave it and give up.
