Advice, please?

Alright, so I currently have three dogs, three cats, two rabbits, and one fish. All the animals get along fine, except for two of the dogs. The two that don't like each other are small dogs while the third is a big dog. At first it just seemed like the issue was that one of the dogs was new and the other just needed to get used to him being here. After the initial introduction, it was fine for a few months but now they're getting into fights with each other, like actual fights. They've both bitten and drawn blood from people living in the house multiple times, and I know if they were big dogs acting like this then they'd be put down for aggressiveness. They're fine separately and with all the other animals, even the rabbits. But they seem to hate each other and it's getting worse. They live in separate parts of the house, they sleep and eat in different areas, but it's gotten to the point where they growl and bark at each other through doors. It isn't just one of them that's the aggressor either, they both take turns starting it. I'm wondering if there's anything that can be done to stop the fighting or aggressive behavior.
