Anyone in the NYC region (New England) knows of places or homes for problematic cats?

Years ago my parents adopted two sibling cats. For over a year know one of the cats has been extremely problematic, specifically peeing on almost every soft surface she can. She's been to the vet many times and will be going again soon so I can give an updated medical history. What I do know is that she doesn't have any urinary issues such as crystals, and she has a benign growth, I think, on her stomach. She has lost a lot of weight and doesn't eat much.

My parents are at the breaking point and they talk about wanting to have her put down, even though we don't know if she has more serious health issues that are actually hurting her. She loves the outdoors and in the summer roams our backyard and it's much less of an issue if she pees on grass.

Does anyone know of any places that could house a cat like this? I imagine somewhere like a farm with places protected from the elements that it isn't an issue if she pees wherever? She is a hunter and has brought back birds and mice.
