Hi guys,
So my budgie is about 4 years old, and he's never liked being touched at all even when he was a baby. He gets very nervous whenever a hand gets near him and he just wants to run away from it. He has massive anxiety over it and I'm not sure how to hand tame him if he doesn't like anyone touching him, any tips would be greatly appreciated.
