I have several questions for you guys

I have 2 cats and one dogs and for some reason one of my cats has been peeing/pooping on my bed I have two litter boxes, 1 next to my room and another In the basement I tend to keep both litter boxes clean but for some reason she likes doing her business on my bed? Any advice?

How can I get my cats and dog to get a long, my cats have a safe spot to hide but they stay there 24/7 I try to push them to meet the dog but they run away before they get a chance to see each other. My dog is a Alaskan husky so shes pretty big. Any advice?
