my guardian is terrified of cats and won’t let him inside the house, but we thankfully came to a compromise of just keeping him in the porch at night. i laid down some blankets and put a heater on inside the porch. i’m also planning on getting some toys, a litter box and everything. i also feed him once in the mornings and then once in the evenings :-) but unfortunately there’s no vet where i live, and i can’t exactly travel at the moment.
my question is if this is okay for him for the meantime? i feel really bad putting him outside and closing the door behind him, but i’m also worried if it’s bad to keep him cooped up in a room the whole night. i could really use some advice on this. i’m hoping eventually my guardian will warm up to him and he won’t have to be an outdoor cat forever.
