So before her surgery she always slept next to me. The other only time she slept on me was her first night home. Now she sleeps on me constantly. If I lie down at any time she will find me within ten minutes and take a nap on my face. If I'm in a zoom call she will curl up in my lap.
While I appreciate all the extra cuddles, I was wondering if this could be an indication that she isn't feeling well?
We had an accident where I didn't latch her carrier properly on our way home from the surgery and she got her head stuck under the drivers seat in my car. I had to call the fire department to bust her out, but she doesn't seem to have any injuries from that. It was probably a bit traumatic for her though to be fair.
Her surgery was a week ago. She is eating fine, her sutures look ok, and I haven't noticed anything else weird about her. Has this happened to anyones else? Is this just my life now?
