My roommates cat won't stop attacking my 5 pound Chorkie (Chihuahua/Yorkie dog) for no reason. They have separate food, water, everything. I've gotten spray bottles to keep around the house for when the cat begins stalking my dog so she stops that behavior. I've been nicer to the cat in hopes that she will then be nicer to my dog - that doesn't help. The cat does it for fun I think, she likes stalking her and then she will chase her up every flight of steps until she is in my room. The cat will do it even if i simply leave to go to the bathroom and my dog is out alone. She waits for opportunities until my dog is alone while my hands are full or I'm out of the room before attacking. I havent found any injuries yet.
