I think I’ve developed an allergy to my sisters dog. I’ve known and hung out with, snuggled and have taken care of my sisters dog for years.
She just moved in with me last week and everything has been fine and normal until today. I was laying down on our couch (that he’s welcome on) and I started getting itchy, splotchy and puffy-eyed. I thought it weird but didn’t think too much. It went away after I stood up and removed myself. But now any time I’m sitting on any furniture he’s allowed on it comes back.
This breaks my heart! What are the best steps to take? Get an allergy test? See if there’s any medication I can take? Thank you in advance.
