My cat (6 month kitten) has red + watery eyes. He was given eye drops and we've been giving it for the last week. No change.
I clean our house daily and he uses unscented arm & hammer litter. He has a brother (1 year old cat) and his brother is completely healthy.

Unsure of what to do moving forward. I wipe his eye and then I check back 5 minutes later and it's watery again. He's eating, sleeping, using his litter box. No change in diet + no major changes in routine/environment.
