So I have a little 23 pound corgi whom I like to talk out for like 15 minute walks a few times a day, but it’s been absolutely frigid where I am. It’s 18 degrees out, ice and snow all over the place but I feel bad because I haven’t been able to walk my little dude. Can’t find too much help online so I’d figure I’d ask y’all.
Any advice?
