Advice needed: My 12 year old cat keeps peeing in one spot in my house, I have tried everything I can think of to stop it.

Hi there, my cat has been peeing outside the litter box for a few weeks now. I have been cleaning the box out daily, cleaning pee off my tiles and carpet daily, and trying to reduce her stress levels too. Nothing I'm doing is working! I have cleaned the areas she pees with bleach and vinegar, and then sprayed the areas with peppermint oil to try to deter her. This worked in the tiled area, but even after removing the affected carpet and cleaning the concrete underneath she still pees in that spot. For the last week I have woken up to cat pee in that spot, and I'm at my wit's end (past the end of my wit's really). I've taken her to the vet and they told me she has slight kidney disease, cancer, and thyroid problems; I have given her the recommended food for her kidneys and she won't eat it, I can't afford to pay for the thyroid medication and the vet told me she only has months to live. Nothing has changed in the house; haven't moved, the other cat that lives here is confined away from her, and there are no other stressors that have occurred. I play with her almost every day, but she doesn't seem all that interested in her toys. Discipline doesn't work, she just waits until I'm preoccupied or asleep and then does it again. She poos in the litter tray, but doesn't use it for peeing. I've been trying my best to give her the best life I can, but I can't keep cleaning up pee every morning as soon as I wake up. Any advice as to what I can try would be greatly appreciated!
