I got my puppy when he was 10 weeks old and he immediately understood that he needs to Pee and poop on the Pee pads. We worked pretty hard on it and he has been doing pretty well. We still have some accidents but nothing too major. However now that he is fully vaccinated It’s time to learn how to go out.
Basically I put all the Pee pads right outside my door to set up a designated area for him to go and Pee and I give him the command to pee but he doesn’t go. It’s been only a couple days though. I am doing this first thing in the morning when he wakes up. And then every time he is out of his crate after naps.
He doesn’t even care for treats when we are outside despite it’s just literally outside my door. He would just stand there... or bark to go for a walk.
Took him around the block too but nothing. And immediately when he is home he rushes to his designated spot to do his business.
I took him further away on purpose and he just held it and peed on the pee pad as soon as he was back!
What do I do?
