From 7-9pm and 5-7am, my cat will not stop meowing. He’ll come to our bedroom door and stick his head under the crack to yell at us every single night. He’s a 9 month old, intact, 3-legged male from a shelter and he has the most impressive set of pipes I’ve ever heard. But I value sleep greatly and I’m at a loss for how to correct this behavior - we ignore him when he yells and if he gets very loud, we break out the spray bottle but nothing has actually helped for the past few months. We’re getting him fixed in a few weeks but I’m not sure that will do anything.
Please drop some suggestions!
