We have the perfect yard for a dog, completely fenced in and lots of space to play in. Plus a screened in porch that would be perfect for a dog space. My dad and I would love a small one like a cockapoo but there is one thing stands in our way, my brother. He absolutely hates dogs and claims it would bother his allergies despite the fact it would be out in the screened in porch not in the house. He wants a cat instead but the issue is we have allot of stray cats in the neighborhood so having a cat isn't smart. He seems so adamant against it which sucks because I know my dad really misses having one and wants a pet in general.
Is there anyway to get my brother to come around?
