Moving a young cat from a family home to a single person home

Hi all! New to the sub so sorry for any mistakes in formatting, etc.

September of 2020, I got my first kitten and it has been going amazing. The whole family loves her so much and she is such a happy kitty. She is now about 9 months old.

So, context. Last spring (April 2020) I graduated university and now this September 2021 I will be returning for graduate school. For the past year I have been living at home with my parents and our senior dog. The cat is 100% mine as I feed her, care for her, pay for vet bills and everything else. This is currently the only home my cat has known and has been raised in thus far. The plan even before getting her was that if/when I were to move out, she would be coming with me. However now I have concerns that she will not fair well moving from a family home into a single person home. I am not worried about her needing to be in a home with other pets, since her and my dog do not interact at all and they stay out of each others way. I am concerned that she will be anxious/stressed/unhappy in this new place with only just me, where I will have a few hours of school 4 days of the week.

As for whom she has bonded with, I would say she is either equally bonded with me and my dad, or slightly bonded with me more as she sleeps with me every night. By this September she will be just over 1 year old. So I am hoping her age will aid in resilience to this kind of change.

TLDR: Has anyone ever moved a cat from a multiple person household to a single person household? and how did they fair?
