I live in a studio apartment, so putting cat in a separate room is not an option.
Kitty gets plenty of attention, since I’m unemployed and home almost all day. Brush daily and play with toys, excellent lap cat.
But when I try to go to sleep, it’s like a switch goes off in kitty’s brain. He knocked down a glass of water on my nightstand yesterday, tried again today, knocked over his water bowl, and in the mornings he’s been scratching at the TV screen (which is turned off.)
He’s fed (but not overfed, he isn’t a chonker) and I think has sufficient stimulation. Why won’t he let me sleep for more than an hour at a time? I’m exhausted.
