My bunny keeps thumping- please help!

I have a lion head rabbit ive had her for almost two months now and I’m having a hard time getting around to her. I’ve had rabbits before in the past with no issues ever. When I first got her (she was 8 weeks but I believe the seller was lying and he was only interested in breeding them for money) every time I’d have her on my bed she would pee (no she’s not spayed yet) and poop. She’d do this every time I’d let her in my room multiple times, I tried spraying her with water and even ensuring she’d understand the word no. She won’t respond to her name. And this went on for many weeks. The past couple of days however she’s been running to me whenever I go in the garden and will follow me, she’s now lying down comfortably on my bed and even rolling around on it. But I noticed she’s been thumping a lot today, which she has never done before, she was following me playing with my legs her ears were very high so I’m assuming she was having a good time, but would keep thumping after a while, now she’s on my bed, she will move for a bit then thump and has been repeating this for quite a while now. There’s nothing here to threaten her and no ones trying to touch her she will just thump. Is she doing this for attention and for me to play with her, or should I be concerned. A few weeks ago she was also playing outside while I was gardening, she was really happy, running and binkying everywhere, and then stopped, and just screamed. No one was around or no other animals, I wasn’t even near her and she wasn’t in any harms way, but she just screamed (REALLY LOUD) for a good maybe 10 seconds I didn’t even realise it was her at first and thought it was a neighbour. If anyone knows what any of this means or what I should do about it because Google’s not able to help I’d really appreciate it. - mia
