Tommy is 9 years old and his breed is unclear. Last time we took him to vet (about 2 months ago), they said he has a tumor in his mouth and wanted to run a test to see if it's benign or malignant. But my mom won't pay for the test, no matter how much I insist because they can remove it before it gets too late. We may actually save him. But she already has a plan in her mind, which is to send him away from us, to my dad who lives in a small village, to let him die away from his family and suffering in pain. Even euthanasia sounds better. Because I'm minor and can't talk back to her or can't state my opinion. It kills me inside to know that I may actually save him but can't. What should I do?
