I adopted a cat (probably around 2 years old) that was living outside my girlfriends house and i'm having some doubts. He is been hidden under the bed for 4 days, he goes out to eat, drink and use the litterbox. But as for playing and getting petted, he only does it under the bed, if i lay down and stay with him, he started to put his head out, but not the whole body. The question is, should i keep getting down to play and pet under bed or should i wait for him to come to me outside? Which one is best for him to stop hidding faster? Ty in advance guys!
