I understand that certain essential oils and fragrances in candles can be dangerous to dogs (like cinnamon, tea tree, peppermint, citrus oils, etc) but would it be safe to use the actual form/natural ingredients of those scents, such as cinnamon sticks or orange peels, to do a stove top simmer to freshen up the house? I’m struggling to find any information on that
Examples: * simmer pot of water, orange peels or slices, lavender, and thyme * simmer water, sliced lemon, thyme, cinnamon sticks, and vanilla extract
