SOS I NEED HELP!! just recently one of my kittens has been making this weird noise, any time I call her name she responds with that weird cat purr, and when she does she either laying down or either rubbing against me OR sticking her butt in the air, I don't know if she's in pain or in heat.

My kitten has been making this weird noise since the start of yesterday and it's getting a lot more frequent, I really don't even know how to describe it. She's also been lifting her butt in the air kind of as if she's wanting someone to pet her bottom. My other kitten has been licking her bottom area as well, I don't know if that's a sign saying that there's something wrong. I'm kind of worried if it's something else, if it's what I think it might be which is that she might be in heat then I need to schedule her for an appointment to get her spayed. If anyone could give me insight about it or if anyone has been in a similar situation please share your advice!! thank you in advance
