Bet could not find anything

Hi,

My cat is a female, 4 years old, and has had surgery for swallowing a penny which needed surgical intervention.

I have a cat that started vomiting 4/11/21 and at first it was clear and little pinkish. She threw up when I gave her food and threw up about 4 times that day 4/11/21.

At about 1:00Pm 4/12/2021, she vomited again but it was more red and I took her to the urgent care. They took a X-ray and an ultrasound but they told me they could not find anything. They gave her some fluids and gave her an injection of Cerenia Inj 10mg/Ml P. Mg. They also gave me Sucralfate 1 gram tablets and Omeprazole Susp.10mg/ml 40ml, per bottle.

We got back around 5:00pm and I gave her a prescription of Sulfate tablets around 5:45pm.

Around 7:00pm I tried to feed her the prescribed food but she was not interested. At first I thought it was because she was being picky. However, after trying multiple wet foods that she usually gulfed down, I was unable to get her to eat.

Currently it is 7:49Pm and I was wondering if anyone could give me some advice on what she might be sick from.

Update: 9:01pm Still very lethargic and not interested in food or water.

Update (4/13/2021 11:15pm): As instructed I brought my cat in as she did not drink or eat for another 24 hours. took and esophagus x-ray, and an ultra sound (they shaved her tummy today. found it weird that they did not yesterday.) The animal hospital referred me to another animal hospital that does endoscopy. I will be taking her in tomorrow for a upper egd if she does not eat or drink by tomorrow morning.
