For 2 days now my Chihuahua, Alice, has been acting differently. She’s been taking her all her toys and hiding them, usually under a bed or a blanket or pillow and randomly whines. Then tonight she’s been carrying one specific toy around in her mouth, digging, and whining with it in her mouth. She isn’t really digging at anything most of the time. It’s 5am right now and she keeps whining and I don’t wanna leave her side. I’ve read up on some things and it seems like it could be a false pregnancy or maybe she’s stressed/anxious. She hasn’t been spayed yet and has recently gone through a menstrual cycle. She’s maybe 1 and a half years old. Anyone have any clue what it may be or how to help her until I can get her to a vet when they open?
