I had purchased a pair of budgie (a Male and a female) I didn't have any bird or pet before them so I am have no experience. But my main issue is when I learned that I mus tlet my birds out of there cages every day for about an hour but my bird are very scared to leave and I usually use a gloves and take them out of the cage but once they are out they will never get back in . So I will turn off the light and try to catch them I have let them out of their cage only twice over the one month period that I have had them . Any tips will be appreciated . Also any kind of facr or information that I should now , again I have zero ideas about bird
