my pitbull mixed great dane who ive had since he was 3 months old has to be put down because my sisters boyfriend walked in are house to come see my sister well my dog barks at him and my sisters boyfriend says shut the f up you mut then kicked him in the face hard and my dog reacted by biting the guys leg and now he is pressing charges and wants the dog put down is there anything i can do to stop it and the worst part is he is only 6 months just big for his age and isnt self defense if the person hits the dog for no reason and it bites them
