I live in a pretty big city, but in a pretty quiet section. Behind my house lives a pup who I’ve seen when walking from time to time. From what I can conclude, they keep the dog outside all the time. Now, I know that dogs can be kept outside. But I truly do believe that they keep that dog out without a warm dog house or even a bed. I’m not entirely sure about this, but this dog is constantly crying. All day you hear the dog crying, and it’s so loud that you can hear it even when you’re inside. Now I’m not the type of person to want to intervene with other people’s private lives, but is there anything I can do to help this dog? I used to tell myself that it was howling, but it is clearly crying to get out of the cold. It gets pretty cold at night where I live, and my parents and I feel really bad for this dog who cries all night. Can anyone give us advice on how to help this dog, if it’s even possible?
