I'll keep this short, one of my neighbors has an aggressive dog. It's been aggressive since day one they brought it home. Lately they've been letting it out to roam the street with no supervision, today it almost attacked me and my dog as I was taking him for his evening walk.
The dog growled at him and half charged but ran because I screamed and raised my arm. The neighbor was lazily calling it to come back, he grabbed the leash and as I passed him gave me a half hearted apology.
Is there anything I can do?
